Every ABC card on your roster, read correctly and watched.

EasyABC TN keeps your staff's Tennessee server permits in one place, knows which rule each card falls under, and tells people before anything lapses.

Who can serve tonight

The dashboard opens on one answer: how many people on tonight's roster can legally serve, and who can't. Below it, the work: who needs a card uploaded, whose grace period ends this week, whose card expires this month. Each person's status is a shape, a color, and a word, so it reads on a phone in a dark bar and on a black-and-white printout.

  • Cannot serve Expired permit, grace period over, or no permit and not eligible for grace.
  • Grace ending A first-time server inside their 61 days, with the end date and days left.
  • Due in 30, 60, or 90 days Valid now, expiring soon. Sorted with the soonest first.
  • Valid Current permit on file with its image.

Card capture from your phone

Open the camera, line the card up inside the outline, and shoot. The image is cropped and straightened, and the permit number, issue date, and expiration date are read off it. You confirm each field next to the photo before anything saves.

If the expiration doesn't fit the issue date under the two-year or five-year rule, the card is flagged for a second look instead of trusted. Bad photo? Type the fields in and keep the image attached. MyTN wallet screenshots work too.

Email before it's a problem

Owners, managers, and the employee each choose what they hear about. A Monday digest lists the week ahead. Nothing sends twice for the same event.

  1. 90 days First heads-up to the owner, manager, and employee
  2. 60 days Reminder, with a link to the renewal steps
  3. 30 days Status turns to due on the roster
  4. 14 days Second-to-last warning
  5. 7 days Last warning before it lapses
  6. Day of Morning email: this person cannot serve today

New hires and the grace period

Add someone new and EasyABC TN checks whether they've held a Tennessee permit or used the 61-day grace period anywhere in the system. If they're eligible, their countdown starts on the hire date. If they're not, they show as cannot serve until a card is on file. You're told whether they're eligible, never where they worked before.

How the grace period works

More than one location

Each location gets its own dashboard, roster, and packet. Staff who float between venues count once. Owners see every location; managers see the ones you give them.

How pooled pricing works

Your roster stays yours

Card images are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links. No other business can see who works for you. Cards of employees you archive are deleted 90 days later; you can export everything at any time.
