Billing questions
What counts as a billable employee?
Anyone in a position that requires a server permit. Hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and other positions that don't need a card are free and unlimited.
How do multiple locations get billed?
Staff who need a card are pooled across your whole organization into one tier. Ten at one bar and thirty at another is 40 staff, which is Growth at $99, instead of two separate plans. Someone who works at two of your locations counts once.
What if we hire a lot for one month?
Your tier is based on the month's average headcount, and crossing a tier boundary has a small buffer, so one seasonal hire for a week won't move you up a tier.
Is there a trial?
Venues with five or fewer card-carrying staff don't need one: the free plan has no time limit. Larger venues will get 30 days with every feature on, card required up front.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay for the year and get two months free.
